Non-Cycling Day

Depart from home and arrive at Naha Airport (OKA) that afternoon. After arrival, move to the hotel and spend a relaxing time preparing for cycling from the next day.

DAY2
Beginner/Intermediate: 20~25km　Advanced: 25km~

It is a route where you can enjoy the changes from Naha, the center of Okinawa, through the Americanized central area, to the blue sea and lush greenery of the northern area! Run on a relatively flat road!

DAY3
Beginner/Intermediate: 20~25km　Advanced: 25km~

You will run through Motobu, the Nakijin area where the tranquil Okinawan scenery remains, and cross the Kouri Island Bridge over the transparent sea.If you are lucky, you can see sea turtles! After that, go north on a flat road and enjoy the wild scenery at Cape Hedo, the northernmost point, and finally enter the mountainous area of Yanbaru, the most difficult area! Hotel Adagarden, where we stayed, is located in the mountains, and the chances of encountering Kuina Yamahara are high! Get up early and find out!

DAY4
Beginner/Intermediate: 20~25km　Advanced: 25km~

In the first half of the tour, we will be sweating on the natural trails of the mountainous plains while making frequent stops at rest points as we head south toward Ikei Island! On the mid-sea road that runs over the sea on the way, you can run comfortably while feeling the smell of the sea and the wind!

On the final day, we will run through the farming area of ​​Nakagusuku and the southern area, where there are many sacred places! Take a break at Cape Chinen, where you can see Sefa Utaki, the highest mountain in Okinawa, and Kudaka Island, the island of the gods.
