Day 1: Shin-Yamaguchi Station → Akiyoshidai Tourist Exchange Center → Akiyoshidai Karst Road (Prefectural Route 242) 10:00: Meet at Shin-Yamaguchi Station. Rent a car for a 3-day, 2-night trip and start the tour. ※ There are several car rental shops around the station. To Akiyoshidai Tourist Exchange Center 10:30: Drive to Akiyoshidai, rent a bicycle, and enjoy the stunning scenery of the karst plateau. 12:30: Take a break and enjoy a light meal. Akiyoshidai Karst Road (Prefectural Route 242) 14:00: Relax and take in the breathtaking views along Prefectural Route 242. 15:00: Return the rental bicycle to the Akiyoshidai Tourist Exchange Center and move on by car. Accommodation: Ryokan in Mine City Area 16:00: Check into a ryokan in Mine City. Dinner: Enjoy dishes made with local ingredients. ※ Accommodation will be arranged at a standard-class ryokan.
Day 2: Tsunoshima Bridge Move to Rental Cycle Shop Agawa and Start Cycling 10:00: After breakfast, drive to Agawa to rent bicycles. Enjoy the Stunning Views at Tsunoshima Bridge 11:00: Experience the breathtaking view of the emerald green Sea of Japan at Tsunoshima Bridge. 12:00: Savor seafood bowls and other local delicacies at restaurants on Tsunoshima. Cycle racks are available. 13:00: Explore Tsunoshima by bicycle. You can also climb the Tsunoshima Lighthouse for a spectacular view. 15:00: Return the rental bicycles to Agawa and head to your accommodation. Accommodation: Relax at Kai Nagato 16:00: Arrive at the luxurious Kai Nagato for a premium experience. Enjoy a dinner featuring fresh seafood. ※ For the second night, a high-class accommodation will be arranged.
Day 3 Enjoy a hearty breakfast, and then experience local culture on the final day. For those who still want to cycle, there is a hometown tour to learn about Hagi's sake culture. If you are interested in hands-on experiences, you can participate in activities such as natural dyeing. *We will ask about your preferences before confirming your reservation. After exploring Hagi Castle Town, return the rental car and head home.
